Mystic Bourbon Liqueur Dessert Sauce

1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
7 tablespoons heavy cream
2½ tablespoons unsalted butter
3 ounces Mystic Bourbon Liqueur

Whisk sugar and cream together in a medium saucepan set over medium heat until combined.

Cook while whisking until just boiling (4 to 5 minutes).

Whisk in butter and bring back to a boil.

Remove from heat and whisk in Mystic and cool until just warm and serve on anything!

Great topping for vanilla ice cream, bread pudding, french toast, waffles, bananas, plain or lemon pound cake…anything really.
