A cheeseboard might normally have you reaching for a bottle of wine, but we think bourbon makes an even better counterpart.

Not sure? Think about it for a sec – cheese can be salty, creamy, sharp, tangy, or fruity. It has a broad flavor profile, just like bourbon. So we’ve put together delicious complementary or contrasting cheese and bourbon pairing ideas for culinary creatives to try for themselves.

Participants also receive a tour of the distillery, so you can see where and how we make the bourbons you will try.
