Please join us at Mystic Farm & Distillery from 7 to 10 pm, June 19th for our monthly line dance party presented by Carolina Crew Line Dancing's Sue Jennings. The crew will lead various dances throughout the event and offer individual instruction (by request only). Music will range from traditional country to pop songs. All skill levels are welcome, so come out and cut loose with some delicious cocktails and lively music!

Tounament of Dads & Father's Day Picnic
It's the Tournament of Dads at Mystic Farm & Distillery! Bring the whole family for a fun picnic and FREE bourbon tasting on June 14th. Mystic will hold a Dad pie eating contest, a beer chugging contest, and best Dad joke contest. Along with other games on the lawn. Help us to declare the "Winners of Dadness" (prizes included!).
To celebrate we have BBQ and the String Break Band. Feel free to bring your own picnic or purchase BBQ and all the fixins from The Smitty Experience Catering. No outside drinks allowed. We have cocktails, beer, wine, sodas and a water station.

The knife or the dagger was the first edged weapon developed by man. Early on, the knife was modified with a sharp point to become a thrusting and stabbing weapon—the dagger—for use in fighting and self-defense.
In a hands-on, 1 hour workshop, the Sword Conservatory will introduce and explain how the dagger can be utilized offensively and defensively. After learning the theory and skills for dagger fighting, you can challenge our personnel in bouts with padded safety weapons.

Tour the Triangle’s only farm distillery. Our winning tour has been featured in the New York Times! Explore how we create handmade small batch bourbon from the ground up. See the production process first-hand from the grain fields to the bottling line, and taste the grains, aging spirits and finished products.
Pull the bung on a barrel of aging Heart of Mystic Bourbon and learn the changes that occur as the spirit matures. Savor the highest quality spirits at our tasting bar, and learn about our special releases. Relax on our covered porch within sight of our fields and ponds, and take a walking tour of the farm.
Our intimate tours provide an opportunity to understand details of the distilling and aging process. We also include a cocktail for each participant and tastings of ALL of our spirits including limited release bourbons and products not yet released to the public.
You and your guests should plan to spend about 1-2 hours minimum at the distillery, and you are welcome to bring some snacks and enjoy a picnic on our covered porch before or after your tour. Tours run at 2pm & 4pm both Saturday and Sunday.

Father’s Day Bourbon Blending Class
Hey Dads! Join us at Mystic Farm & Distillery, June 15th at 2pm for a professionally led course on the art and science of blending bourbon. Our Broken Oak has won the Best Small Batch Bourbon under 5 years in the San Francisco World Spirits Competition for both 2023 & 2024. Our bourbons have also won many other awards and accolades.
The masterminds behind this excellent bourbon will lead you through blending your very own bottle! We hand select samples from 3 of our barrels to bring you the best tasting experience. Through the course, you will sample these bourbons individually and work with your instructor on identifying flavors and creating blends that are unique to you and your tastes. At the end, you will take home a 375 ml bottle of your delicious and customized blend. Participants also receive a tour of the distillery, so you can see where and how we make the bourbons you will try.

Every Tuesday from 6:30 to 8:15, Mystic will be hosting a Dedicated Beginner Line Dance Class with instruction by Carolina Crew Line Dancing Instructor & Choreographer, Sue Jennings.
For those who have mastered the beginner level dances and are ready to take dance to the next level we have something for you! . A newly added Improver lesson segment has been added from 8:30-10pm,
Class will be a full three hours of instruction and open dance. You will learn the basic line dance steps, terminology, technique while learning fun dancing. This class will give you all the confidence to dance the night away at our Monthly Line Dancing Party.
Each class will be $10 per person. Drink service will not be available during the classes. A water station will be available, but we also encourage participants to bring their own bottles.

Swing Dance Class
Swing by Mystic Farm and Distillery on July 18th from 7-9 pm for a never-forget swing dancing class!
Get ready to “cut a rug” with Joel & Jackie Plys from Retro Rhythm. They specialize in Swing Era dancing from the 1920s-50s. Swing Dancing is a great way to get fit, have fun, and socialize. No partner is required for the lesson as we will rotate. If you want to stay with one person/partner throughout the lesson we can accommodate that as well.
There will be a 30 minute class from 7-7:30pm to teach you how to swing, followed by social dancing from 7:30-9pm with a live DJ for you to show off your new skills!

See the production process first-hand from the grain fields to the bottling line, and taste the grains, aging spirits and finished products.
Pull the bung on a barrel of aging Heart of Mystic Bourbon and learn the changes that occur as the spirit matures. Savor the highest quality spirits at our tasting bar, and learn about our special releases. Relax on our covered porch within sight of our fields and ponds, and take a walking tour of the farm.
Our intimate tours provide an opportunity to understand details of the distilling and aging process. We also include a cocktail for each participant and tastings of ALL of our spirits including limited release bourbons and products not yet released to the public.

Bourbon & Belly Laughs
Join us Friday, June 6th at Mystic Farm & Distillery for live stand up comedy with host, comedian Sasha Goldman. Doors open at 6, the first act will begin at 7 pm. Tickets are $10, and all guests must be 21+. Don’t miss out on a night of delicious spirits and lots of belly laughs!

Host: Sasha Goldman burst onto the comedy scene in 2021 gaining an immediate following due to creating and hosting the wildly popular Comedy Game Show. Sasha is a regular at Goodnights Comedy Club opening and featuring for national touring headliners and keeps a busy schedule performing stand-up in and around North Carolina. A Boston native and former grade school teacher, Sasha’s diverse life experiences provide him with unique material to share with audiences. Sasha’s humor is self deprecating, playful, sarcastic, and witty.
Feature: Jalen Montanez is a very charismatic and edgy comedian. From Fayetteville, North Carolina but performing comedy all over the state, he makes people laugh wherever he goes. He has a very unique way of thinking but is also very relatable. Winner of NC’s Funniest competition 2024.
Headliner: Mike Byrd is a standout talent from the Coastal Carolina comedy scene, known for his charming and relatable performances. His unique brand of humor combines self-aware cynicism with simple truths. Mike won the 2023 Roast War Championship Tournament in Charlotte and received the Comic's Comic Award at the 2023 Queen City Comedy Experience Festival Fight Night Competition. Recently, he performed at the 2024 DC Comedy Festival and was a finalist in the 2024 North Carolina's Funniest Person Competition. Mike was a featured act in the 2024 Queen City Comedy Experience Festival and the 2024 North Carolina Comedy Festival. He can be found on comedy stages across the country.

Every Tuesday from 6:30 to 8:15, Mystic will be hosting a Dedicated Beginner Line Dance Class with instruction by Carolina Crew Line Dancing Instructor & Choreographer, Sue Jennings.
For those who have mastered the beginner level dances and are ready to take dance to the next level we have something for you! . A newly added Improver lesson segment has been added from 8:30-10pm,
Class will be a full three hours of instruction and open dance. You will learn the basic line dance steps, terminology, technique while learning fun dancing. This class will give you all the confidence to dance the night away at our Monthly Line Dancing Party.

Mystic Barn Dance!
Put on your boots and stomp on over to Mystic Farm & Distillery for the big Barn Dance on May 31st. It's gonna be an old fashioned, toe-tapping hoedown! Whether you're a seasoned dancer or taking your first steps onto the dance floor, this event is for all levels.
Join the Slippery Hill Quartet on our stage for some live bluegrass beginning at 7pm. Then, get ready to kick up your heels with a traditional square dance, lead by our caller Randy Lewis. This event is gonna be a hoot!

Swing Dance Class
Swing by Mystic Farm and Distillery on May 30th from 7-9 pm for a never-forget swing dancing class!
Get ready to “cut a rug” with Joel & Jackie Plys from Retro Rhythm. They specialize in Swing Era dancing from the 1920s-50s. Swing Dancing is a great way to get fit, have fun, and socialize. No partner is required for the lesson as we will rotate. If you want to stay with one person/partner throughout the lesson we can accommodate that as well.
There will be a 30 minute class from 7-7:30pm to teach you how to swing, followed by social dancing from 7:30-9pm with a live DJ for you to show off your new skills!

Bourbon Blending Class
Join us at Mystic Farm & Distillery, May 24th, 12-2pm for a professionally led course on the art and science of blending bourbon. Our Broken Oak has won the Best Small Batch Bourbon under 5 years in the San Francisco World Spirits Competition for both 2023 & 2024. Our bourbons have also won many other awards and accolades.
The masterminds behind this excellent bourbon will lead you through blending your very own bottle! We hand select samples from 3 of our barrels to bring you the best tasting experience. Through the course, you will sample these bourbons individually and work with your instructor on identifying flavors and creating blends that are unique to you and your tastes. At the end, you will take home a 375 ml bottle of your delicious and customized blend. Participants also receive a tour of the distillery, so you can see where and how we make the bourbons you will try.

Mystic & Magic Presents: Distilled Deceptions
Saturday night, May 10th come out to Mystic for a great night of cocktails and magic! Distilled Deceptions is performed by a trio of professional magicians called the Carolina Conjurers. This trio will leave you in awe with spellbinding magic and sleight-of-hand for a great night of entertainment.
Grab some dinner from our food truck and drinks from the bar. Then meet Kevin Reylek, Kevin Burke and Wayne Haarhaus at 6:00 as they stroll around performing close-up magic for you. Then, at 7:00 the Carolina Conjurers will take to the stage to perform a special blend of magic, mind reading, and comedy. This is truly a great show!
