Bottled In Bond
We are proud to handcraft this superior spirit from the farm to the bottle as a unique expression of the North Carolina Piedmont. Here we are blessed with natural bounty from the crisp waters of our on-site aquifer to the rich corn and wheat harvests and the distinctive aging climate in our small Rick House. We select and blend a few barrels of bourbon from each distilling season for limited release bottling “in bond” in compliance with 27 C.F.R. 5.42(B)(3).
