Inside lies our non-chill filtered bourbon finished with cacao nibs. This limited release spirit was born from our love of both fine bourbon whiskey and chocolate. We infuse our Heart of Mystic bourbon by adding two carefully selected varieties of cacao nibs from Ghana which imparts dark flavors with hints of coconuts, and nibs from Ecuador, contributing intense chocolate and subtle fruit aromas.
