The Soul of our products is this spirit distilled from corn and wheat grown on our North Carolina farmland.
Rich with grain flavors and bearing a lingering sweetness on the finish, we mash and distill in small batches with discerning cuts. Although most are destined for the barrel, we have given in to customer demand and released the young spirit in its purest form, before it ever touches oak.
